CHILDREN AT PIP AND JIMS

We aim to be a relaxed, family friendly church and realise that even to get to church with kids is an achievement in itself!  Each month we have differing services which we hope will appeal to a wide range of families and we have a dedicated families space with toys, play table and books, just head for the big rainbow mat.

We always think about how to involve families, children and young people into our Sunday 10am services and there is always either All Age worship or Children’s Church which is a dynamic, fun place to learn about faith and life.

  • SUNDAY MORNING

    First Sunday of the month - 10am - All Age Service.

    In all other services there is Children’s Church in the service. On the 4th Sunday the Children’s Choir also join us.

  • TEATIME CHURCH

    On the third Sunday of the month we have Teatime Church. The service is 30 minutes, followed by a provided picnic tea. There is a craft, story, prayers and songs and plenty of time to get to know other people at the tea afterwards.

  • LITTLE PIPS

    Our popular toddler group, Little Pips, meets every Friday morning from 9.30 -11.30am in church during termtime. We meet for play, story, crafting snacks & singing. Cost is £5 & places need to be booked each week.

  • CHILDREN'S CHOIR

    While children over the age of 8 are always welcome in our main choir, on the 4th Sunday of the month we have a choir for 3-8 year olds which processes in and joins in with one hymn before taking part in children’s church. It is led by our Director of Music, Russell who has lots of experience teaching all ages and stages to sing.
